Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving was a little different this year but it was still a happy day! Trevor and I got to have breakfast together before he went off to school and I went to work. We had pancakes and real syrup! It was delicious! Then we got to be in on a little Thanksgiving surprise! A surprise that was happening back home in the Heder home. We got a skype call from Michael and we sat there silently waiting for the surprise to come to the Heder's door. Austin (Trevor's little brother) was on his way home from his mission! Austin had worked out his travel plans with his dad so he could surprise his mom and sisters! And surprised they were! It was so fun to be apart of lots of happy tears and hugs! What a way to celebrate!

Girls Camp," Be His Hands!"

All the way back in November we got to go to girls camp in Shanghai. We took a high-speed train Friday afternoon and made it just in time to go on the night walk along the river. We were staying in a Expat Community so it was a little different then the other girls camps I've ventured on but it was awesome! I felt like we stepped back into America for the weekend! Yeah! We set up tents in the back of one of the houses. I actually ended sleeping on a fluffy rug in side....rough life right?? The next day was filled with Yoga, crafts, devotionals, camp certification, skits and some delicious food! The theme of the camp was Be His Hands. It was awesome to spend so much time with so many amazing ladies!

Here are a few pictures of our weekend girls camp!
